刚刚online transfer钱不知道为什么会汇了两次。打去customer service他们说不会负责

我就说accourding to bnm/gp11 section 20(1)  financial institution shall be liable to its customer where the loss caused by the failure of an eft system or equipment to complete a transaction

section 18(1)(c) the circumstance card issuer should bear full loss caused by unauthorized use of card if the faults have been established to have occurred in the machines or other system

然后他们就直接处理了。 总算觉得大学没有白上
