Clarence Hoe King Chuan, 37, was charged in court today with 11 counts of doing indecent acts with two young boys.
The offences allegedly occurred in 2012 and early 2014 at his flat in the Northern part of Singapore.
How used to be the head of department in a primary school.
He is accused of touching a 13 year old boy’s private parts in April 2012 as well as getting the boy to massage his groin under his pants.
Hoe is accused of bringing the 13 year old to his flat for the next 6 months and performing similar acts each time.
He was also charged with three counts of touching the buttocks of a 14 year old boy as well as touching his thighs and genitals.
These offences are believed to have occurred in March this year.
He has been formally charged in court and was granted bail for $15,000 on the condition that he does not approach the victims.
How could face a fine of up to $10,000 and a jail term of up to 10 years for each offence.
