无工作日发生意外, 能够claim socso吗。

我看很难,就算老板肯帮忙,我受伤与工作性质无关,我是在家煮东西被烫伤。sob sob

我不确定socso能不能在无工作日也受保没。因我从没claim过socso。

工作多少年?超过三年就有机会索赔。
会导致以后不能工作/不能继续做现在这份工作,需要医生证明,也可以索赔。 |

还没有到三年的。。。。。只是一个月不能工作。

SOCSO - As long as one works more than 3 years and contribute to SCOSO for the whole period, employees is entitle for SOCSO’s ILAT (check out more details on ILAT) coverage for up to 6 years even after he/she left the company.
- Under ILAT, employees will be covered 24 hours, even is not work-related – need more details. For those who are entitled, they can get up to 50% to 65% of their salary allowance
- Even the disease is not work-related
- 21 years old or survivor spouse
- Even after employee (those who are under ILAT or invalidity) past away, their survivor family member are still entitle for SOCSO allowance
- Employee is only covered if they contribute more than 24 months, meaning they are not covered for the first two years.
- SOCSO also protects employers from being sued by employees – find out more
- Effective period for two insurance: one is immediately, even before enter office door, the other one need contribution of at least 24 months.

Temporary Disablement Benefit
 
Benefit To Be Paid
• This benefit is paid on employee who has been certified by a doctor to be unfit for work for not less than (4) days including the day of the accident.
• This benefit is paid for the period the employee is on medical leave. However, no benefit will be paid for the days for which the employee works and earns wages during this period.
Rate of daily benefit to be paid
80% of the average assumed daily wage.Subject to:
• A minimum of RM10.00 per day (for employees who earn less than RM10.00 per day)
• A maximum of RM78.67 per day (for employees who earn more than RM2,900.00 per month)

应该不能claim,我们以前帮员工做claim,socso还要求我们写一封信证明员工发生意外当天是没有on leave的。 |
