Tumour Marker-CA 19.9

去年十二月，我的驗血報告顯示TumourMarker-CA 19.9 已升高至39.3 H U/ML。CA19.9 是胰臟細胞，膽管和胃、結腸有可能會有腫瘤。 檢查整個肚子，胰臟和肝臟扫描，胃都沒事。 然後大腸做超音波內視鏡檢查，以下是報告：

Nature of Specimen

Rectal polyp.

Macroscopic Appearance

Received 3 pieces of brownish tissue measuring 4mm inaggregate diameter.  Entirely submittedin 1 block.

Microscopic Appearance

Section shows polypoidal pieces are composed of closelypacked tubular glands lined by mildly dysplastic (low grade) epithelium.  The cells display nuclear hyperchromasia andmild pleomorphism.  Mitotic figures areseen. Goblet cell population is reduces. No stromal invasion is seen.

Interpretation

Rectal polyp. : Adenomatous polyp (Tubular Adenoma).  Low grade.

醫師說這是小小的直肠息肉，沒有問題，兩個星期后再去驗血。這次的CA 19.9降到34.33 H U/M。

上個星期，我再驗血，CA 19.9飆到46.4 H U/ML，我整個人都呆了一會， 怎麽又再上升了。

醫師見我心亂了，上網找了一些有關Tumour Markers-CA 19.9給我，他說有一些是良性的瘤，也會升高，叫我不必擔心。然後make appointment 在下個月。
