應該是中了, 否則是全數退還的, 你再跟 remiser 確認一下看有沒有股票進入 CDS 戶口了。

（吉隆坡18日訊）ASTRO公司重新登場，雖然估值不便宜，但作為大馬付費電視龍頭，已壟斷國內多達99%的市佔率，付費電視的滲透率低、用戶轉向高清平台料帶動用戶平均收益（ARPU）、節目內容的優勢、高資本開銷下付費電視領域的進入門檻高，都是該股伺機待發的潛力。

付費電視滲透率低
由於大馬付費電視的滲透率僅46%，令付費電視的市場潛力可期，管理層積極以各式策略來提高用戶量，隨目前未受服務的家庭達350萬戶，ASTRO公司有望在2015年前達到50%的滲透率。

管理層也藉高清平台來改善ARPU，放眼轉移標準電視至高清電視平台的初步期限為2014年，基於大部份高清電視已準備就緒，該目標有望達成，2013至2015財政年的ARPU也可望增長6%。

融資成本走高
淨利挫41%
該公司2013財政年上半年，營業額雖因ARPU和付費電視的認購率走高，按年成長13%，但淨利卻因融資成本走高，按年急挫41%。在用戶料增加之下，2013至2015財政年估計的營業額複合成長率為8.4%，惟今年的淨利可能按年跌36%，歸咎於行銷費用走高下的攤銷費和折舊費走高。

派息率至少75%
該公司放眼自2013財政年的派息率至少達75%，儘管只相等於每年回酬1.9%，但一旦該公司落實自標準電視平台轉向高清電視平台，2015財政年後的潛力可期，粗略估計，該公司屆時可能隨每年盈利正常化至4億4千670萬令吉，每年派息6.4仙。

Astro Network（大馬）將是ASTRO上市後的最大股東，持股權達70.8%。ASTRO的基石投資者多達22個，包括大東方保險、國民投資機構（PNB）、丹斯里郭令燦旗下的Caprice資本國際。

Astro,TM and ABN to fight for rights to broadcast EPL new seasons

PETALING JAYA: The battle for the rights to broadcast English Premier League (EPL) matches for the next four years is set to begin.

Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) has expressed interest in the EPL to StarBiz. This means that it will go head on against incumbent rights owner Astro Malaysia Holdings Bhd for the coveted content.

Both parties were said to have slugged it out in late 2009 for the the 2010-2012 seasons.

That time Astro emerged winner, paying a rumoured figure of RM800mil. Prices paid and the names of the bidders for the EPL rights are confidential.

The battle this time around may also include newcomer Asian Broadcasting Network (ABN). The digital cable TV company that has yet to launch its service may also be a contender given its need to boost its sports content.

“We do not know how many parties have indicated interest thus far, but the bidding would be interesting for the next season,” said TM executive vice-president of new media Jeremy Kuang.

“We are always interested in good content and we have shown interest. EPL is a very good asset that will help our sports offering,” Kuang added.

Astro did not respond to queries from StarBiz and ABN's major shareholder Datuk Kenneth Eswaran was not available for comment.

Last week, EPL emailed several potential bidders to inform them that the bidding process was set to begin for TV and mobile rights.

The potential bidders had until Oct 12 to indicate interest. The interested parties must submit their bids by Nov 8, after which there will be an e-auction in November or December.

The actual date of the e-auction will be determined later.

The winner will be announced in January or February and the successful party will have to pay up 5% of the bid price within 30 days to secure the rights.

There are three seasons for the EPL, the first beginning in August 2013 to May 2014, and the next two in the same months in 2014/15 and 2015/16. There are a total of 380 matches for the new season and the current season ends in the second quarter of 2013.

Globally, broadcasters pay big dollars to secure this popular football content and Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) secured the rights to the next seasons matches for its pay-TV (mio-TV), giving it an edge to court more subscribers over rival StarHub.

In Thailand the players are gearing up to bid and so are broadcasters and media players in Vietnam.

Three months ago, UK's BT and BskyB paid ￡3bil (US$4.8bil) for Premier League rights from next year until 2016, knocking out their US-based rival, the sports broadcaster ESPN, a report said.

The million-dollar question is how much will the parties in Malaysia fork out for the content. Kuang believed “there will substantial increases from the current season and this may be led by the increased interest in the content by players.”

Malaysia has rules for content sharing and it is unclear if the winning party will share content with others. In Singapore, SingTel is exempted from sharing.
