［疑问］被拍卖的LMC，屋主是马来人

各位大大好，小弟有个疑问请教。
最近看到一间Lelong的LMC公寓，屋主是马来人。
请问，我可以投标这间公寓吗？需要先查明什么呢？
有什么风险吗？

10年前我也不懂是聽錯還是什麼，土著不能割名給華人。。

马来人和土著是不一样的吧？？
如果是马来人只是麻烦点但是还是可以转卖给华人不过久一点
如果是土著就真的很难了除非不懂什么部门批准才可以转卖给华人的
最重要去调查清楚屋子的来历，屋主什么种族，自己是否可以贷款到，问看邻居这里发生过什么事之类的，再去土地局调查看屋主屋子有没有被冻结之类的等等等。。

Tpycially bumi lot cannot 被 trf to non bumi ... but this not apply to Lelong...

for Lelong units.. u can obtained Court/Land office consent to trf ...

U mean caveat ? normally caveat is instructed by the Bank who put up for auction...

you can check with the Bank.. not a problems...somethings need to take note like should new buyers to clear all the accessment/quit rent fees... if condo...if customer owez maintanance fees... most probably u will need to settle it too...

要问律师了我也是之前听说的，只知道被冻结的屋子贷款不到的而且怕转不到名字的。除非有律师处理的话，而有关冻结又可以解除的话就ok咯，法庭拿出来的最好还是查清楚再买比较保险。
