请教解决（Bloodhound.unknown) virus

对不起。原谅我用ENGLISH。。。在急着。。

昨天 i on my PC ..... ( window XP SP1 ) with all hotfix....
when i type password log in to the window...prompt up count down 60 second to shutdown your pc ...behind the window prompt got window error ask me want to send or not send....

so..我去 run 那里type in shutdown -a.....to control the auto restart matter... ( quetion 1 )

我中甚么VIRUS ？WORMS ？

2) after i restart the pc...one time..while go to window .....the window norton anti virus prompt me this virus found.（ Bloodhound.unknown)a few time....

so...i cant do any thing... i go to safemode scan virus...no virus was detect...using stringer also no worms....

so.... i go back to the normal window...i check at the norton anti virus...no any virus are quarantine ...just log file there got this few message...

你試下安裝 Micosoft 的 Anti Spyware 和 AVG 7.0 的 Anti Virus.

http://free.grisoft.com/softw/70free/setup/avg70free_298a417.exe

然後 Update Anti Spyware 和 Anti Virus。

之後做 Full Scan, 看下可以解決嗎。

我FORMAT了。
用XP SERVICE PACK 2 了。
这SP2 比较安全吗？
