When you are experiencing problems with auctions, please try to synchronize the time on your PC: http://support.nordeus.eu/entries/474244-synchronizing-time-on-your-computer.
And, please don't bid in last seconds of the round! Due to nature of internet for unknown delivery time of packages (in matter of fact, TCP internet protocol only assures that packets will reach destination, not in which time) it might happen that temporary internet speed glitch can cause slightly slower data transition to server, so the whole transaction cannot be done in those few seconds. It is not high probability that this will happen, but it is not impossible.
Token that you lost during the last bidding will be added to your account.

Hooi1983, Mar 19 09:29 (CET):when i placing a bid to a player, the page keep loading and freezing, cannot do anything except reload it.
but after refresh i noticed my token is deducted but i did not involved in any bidding!
i captured the screen as attached file.
this is the 2nd time i faced to this issue in this season, and wasted at least 3 tokens.
last season i also faced this kind of problem and wasted many tokens, but i no complain about it because i believe Top Eleven will improve in future.
but this time i really disappointed about Top Eleven.
hope Top Eleven can give me a reasonable explanation and refund back my tokens due to this problem.

Even a minor network glitch can cause a big problem sometimes and usually you do not even notice that you had lost a connection for a very brief moment. That is why you should respect this 2 rules: 1. Always place your bid in time (at the beginning of each round) 2. If you have made an early initial offer (let's say you bid 20 minutes before the end of the initial round), you should refresh the page couple of minutes before the initial round finishes.
Please follow this instructions and you will not experience problems any more.

Hooi1983 Nov 19 06:02 (CET) i'm bidding a player and become last bidder until end of bid, but the bidding page show Waiting at that moment.
after i refresh the page, i found that player didn't come to my club, and my money didn't deducted, but token deducted.
i can confirm my internet connection is ok all the time.
i captured the screen, hope can get an explanation.
