I work as a admin, it is really need to have a good writing and speaking skill to communicate with other. Especially in the meeting or issue a memo. Yes, I also rather write then speak. But, I really need to improve my listening and speaking. It is important for me in my future work.

Well... do not be ashame of what you speak! do not be ashame of manglish as well
When i was studying in a language center, I have a Japanese classmate who bought a book with the title "Manglish". She was damn excited to learn it and discuss it with my English teacher whos originally from England. In fact, an English actually feels comfortable to our Manglish. He said Manglish always make a sentense sounds much more expressive.

In speaking, don't scare that you say the wrong thing as even if an english man would make mistake! They would use wrong tenses, words from time to time also.
Can't think of the word that you want to say? Marry-go-round it and explain in another way with similar meaning... that's no big deal. If your friend can understand you, you're doing fine!

If you are a student, this is the best time for you to lay a solid foundation in the language. You learn from mistakes, that's how you improve. One can be a proficient writer of the language, yet feel tongue-tied when it's time to speak. I hope you realize speaking, let alone effective speaking, is a different skill-set all together.

I will share with you my learning experience. I used to read aloud (yes real loud, make sure you do it in solitude if you don't want unwanted stares from people ) any articles of interest. It has the beneficial effect of improving your pronunciation and diction (where to stress in a word of more than one syallable). Read some short stories or passages with the dictionary by your side so that you can look up those unfamiliar words quickly. If you're online, open up online webster dictionary (it's the only free online dictionary that I'm aware of).
Get together several English-speaking friends and start practising your speech. Let them know that you want to practise your English and ask them to correct you on the spot if you made any mistakes. You might feel self-conscious, but let me get this straight to you, one does not achieve anything by being shy. Feeling embarassed is part and parcel of the learning experience, but make sure you get over it quick.

That's all I have to share now...

Frankly,"You all" is another blunder in British English.
You is used in both singular and plural(second person).
If you are going to sit for any international english exams,you are allowed to use BrE/NaMe.However,you can only use one throughout the paper.(meaning if you use british english,all the words must be BrE,same goes to NaMe.)

See here for more information.

If you are speaking in front of many people,just use the pronoun You.
Because you can be used in plural/singular form.

My exam getting nearer and nearer
-My exam is getting nearer(good english-My exam is imminent.)
*Present continuous- (is/am/are+ present participle)
Function-It shows action happenning at the moment of speaking.
Present participle-verb+ing

Every time I wanna cry when read my english essay thats return by teacher
-Thats is wrong.
-that's,apostrophe shows missing ha/i(that is/that has)
-that returned by my teacher is true.
(past simple)-it shows action happened and stopped.

Too many blunders in your reply...

You should first master your grammar first...it is a pity to us malaysian students,we hardly have  good english teachers in school.

I will teach you tenses later,im very tired now,gonna sleep.

------------------------------------------------------------------

I am looking forward to receive your mail- WRONG
I am looking forward to receiving your letter.-CORRECT

WHY?See some logic here.
                     Noun
I look forward to the party.
I look forward to meeting you.

Both are nouns.Why meeting is noun?
Have you ever heard gerund?
Gerund is verbal noun.(verb+ing)
~Gerund is different with present participle.

           Noun
Pls stop the music.
Pls stop playin games.

I see the man.
I see him muttering there.

Read more articles,books,novels will enhance your vocabularies.
Do more exercises will do too.

Writing is a skill.
If i were you,i will not just start writing when i have chosen my title.

There are 3 steps to be done in writing.
1)Collection of points.
2)Rearrangement/Organization of points.
3)Start writing.

~~~~i hope my information is useful to you.if my help is further required,i shall be glad to oblige you.
I still don't understand from the sentence above.
It sounds weird to have "ing" after the word "to".
From the sentence above,  can I write it as "I am looking forward from your reply"?
moon You dont get the formula i used?
Normally people think that after to must add a base form.(infinitive-to+base form)
But in this case,it is totally different.
See the logic here.
I look forward to the final.
The final is a noun,isn't it?
Therefore,I look forward to receiving from you.
receiving is a gerund.(Check the meaning of gerund.)
I look forward from your reply is wrong.
Why?
Look forward must be followed by a preposition "To".
So are you with me?(Do you understand?)
