CELCOM MOBILE BROADBAND FAIR USAGE POLICY
3.2  For customers found to be utilising the service excessively and exceeds their monthly volume allocation of 5 Gigabyte (GB), Celcom will reserve the right to reduce the customer’s speed or bandwidth with or without prior notice. This action by Celcom is to ensure that fair access to all other customers on the same network. This speed or bandwidth reduction will take effect from the day the breach is detected and will last until the customers next billing cycle date. On the bill cycle date, the customers volume allocation will be reset and the customer will then be promoted back to their original speed allocation

我使用 5 GB 以后超级慢。 有任何方法可以改善？ 请帮忙

celcom 没有free modem的，一样要算money，签合约一年半，如果你用$68的线speed 384kbps的，一个月要加多$30，$30要给一年半，然后modem就是你的。

在刚拿到celcom broadband时候，无论我的电脑和Laptop都不能MSN
就打电话去投诉，大概几天后两个就能上了
Speedtest.net的上载的问题也解决了

不过当我拿我的Modem到 ...

我没有这样过咧，我用到要吐血 很慢很慢咯。

不要用的话，modem不是浪费了咯。你换什么线了

没有办法的，过了5G就会这样的，我也烦这个问题，很想换线了

刚签了celcom D68, 用着CELCOM MALAYSIA HSDPA,速度只有酱，失望中。。。
到底是地方问题？还是usb modem问题？
usb modem本来我想买便宜的那把，但salesman说多人投诉:@ :@ (多人投诉，他们又要卖？   )，为了怕麻烦所以买了较贵的那把。。
为什麽我的server是singapore的？是不是我connect错了？

你也给salesman骗了，不是modem问题，是celcom线问题，D68的不能用的，用D98吧tasting吧！我刚刚用的时候也是D68的，然后换D98才可以用一下，不过也是有问题的，我打算换线了，celcom不能用的。:@ :@ :@

是酱的，如果你住靠近jb town一带，boardband test是用新加坡的server，因为speedtest有说明测试最靠近你的server。
