我本身在投资Megan之前，我是有考虑她的负债。如果她将来倒闭是因为负债太高，周转不灵，我没问题。可是现在是有人作假账，从中弄钱，我当然是谴责那作假账的坏人。

问题是你有何知道megan的帐是假的？？？对我来说，megan的a/c是真的还是假的，其实根本不重要，它的账目本来就已经反映投资megan是高风险的。

Malaysia's Megan Media unit's 320 mln rgt Islamic debt rating cut to 'D' -
RAM
     KUALA LUMPUR (XFN-ASIA) - Rating Agency Malaysia (RAM) said it has
downgraded the long-term rating of Memory Tech Sdn Bhd's 320 mln rgt Bai
Bithaman Ajil Islamic debt securities to 'D' from 'C3', with a negative
outlook.
     The issue carries a corporate guarantee from Memory Tech's holding
company, Megan Media Holdings Bhd, said RAM in a statement.
     The rating agency said it has concurrently lifted the Rating Watch that
had been placed on Memory Tech since May 9 following the failure of Memory
Tech and MJC Pte Ltd, Megan Media's  Singapore-based unit, to repay their
trade facilities amounting to 47.36 mln rgt.
     The trustee, Mayban Trustees Bhd, had earlier declared that an event of
default had occurred on the issue.
     Megan Media had also been served a notice of demand by Mayban for the
payment of 436.11 mln rgt by June 6.
     The firm, however, had failed to meet the payment on the due date,
according to RAM.

RAM has downgraded the long-term rating of Memory Tech Sdn Bhd’s (“MTSB” or “the Company”) RM320 million Bai Bithaman Ajil Islamic Debt Securities (2005/2012) (“BaIDS”), from C3 (with a negative outlook) to D. The BaIDS carries a corporate guarantee from MTSB’s holding company, Megan Media Holdings Berhad (“Megan Media” or “the Group”). Concurrently, RAM has lifted the Rating Watch (with a negative outlook) that had been placed on MTSB on 9 May 2007, following the failure of MTSB and MJC (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“MJC”, another wholly owned subsidiary of Megan Media), to repay their trade facilities amounting to RM47.36 million.

On 30 May 2007, the Trustee (Mayban Trustees Berhad) – acting on the instructions of the BaIDSholders (given by way of a Special Resolution from the latter) – had declared that an Event of Default had occurred on the BaIDS. Based on Clause 9.1 of the Trust Deed, the BaIDS had then become immediately due and payable. On 5 June 2007, Megan Media (as the guarantor for the BaIDS) had also been served a notice of demand by the Trustee for the payment of RM436.11 million (comprising RM320 million and RM116.11 million for the Primary and Secondary Notes of the BaIDS, respectively) by 6 June 2007. Megan Media, however, had failed to meet the payment on the due date.
