在产业信托里，租金分派叫做distributable income。每次产业信托分派租金，都会以 distributable income来称。

当我们买的是普通股票，所派的叫做股息 -dividend.
普通股票是上市公司把一部分的盈利分出来

当我们买的是产业信托- reit , 所派的叫做 income distribution -租金收入。
产业信托则是以出租产业，如办公楼，购物广场，工厂作为赚钱的途径，因此当产业信托把租金所得分出来，也叫做租金分派或income distribution。

而产业信托公司在扣除开销后，通常会把80-90%的所赚取的租金净收入分派给单位持有人-unit holder .

你可以看Section2。1的表，sales consideration total是1030million。
section2。4里那个表，1024million拿来买hotel asset，5。15million是divestment fee，0。85million是expense relate to disposal。Total是1030million。
那里还有剩钱来派。

REIT的可分配收入就好像其他公司的营利，   可分配不代表一定会分配

    Hi there, ya you r right bout the consideration unit=CPU but i think what they trying to say is in minimum scenario they will keep 10% of CPU (that is by SC's regulation). In other word 90% of CPU and cash raised from the disposal will be used to purchase property. In maximum scenario they will use all the cash from the disposal + sell all the CPU to YTL to purchase hotels. So obviously no special dividend will be paid out.

I think the disputable word is "DISTRIBUTABLE INCOME". As i say it's like disposable income in company. Perhap we can look at S-reit 's example in this link, http://areit.listedcompany.com/n ... 576AB000BE587.1.pdf

look at pg 1, distributable income is not same with DPU-distributable per unit.
