Responsibilities:

       

               
•                         Support Sales team in documentation and correspondence               
•                         Handling of customers enquiries and service coordination               
•                         Prepare service reports, quotations and documentation related to the sales & service department               
•                         Sourcing of materials               
•                         Order processing               
•                         Perform any other clerical duty that may be required such as binding, typing, filing, faxing out documents and etc.       

Requirements:

       

               
•                         Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level in any field               
•                         At least 1 year related working experience in similar capacity               
•                         Able to communicate and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin               
•                         A good team player               
•                         Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications               
•                         Able to start work immediately.       

PRODUCT EXECUTIVE (1 POSITION)
(Selangor -  Based in Petaling Jaya)

  

Requirements:

       

               
•                         Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline               
•                         Persuasive & Interactive               
•                         Good communication skills               
•                         Pleasant personality, outgoing and love meeting people               
•                         Self-disciplined               
•                         Fluency in English, Malay, Mandarin and Cantonese               
•                         Computer literate               
•                         Possess own transport
