Star Scientific, Inc. (CIGX) - Shares of Star Scientific, Inc. have been on fire over the past two weeks. There is no major resistance until about $3.30. Support is located at $1.48

Zanett Inc. (ZANE) - Shares of Zanett Inc. continue to be very active. Zanett has resistance located at $3.09 & $3.57.


Boston Scientific Corporation (BSX) - Shares of Boston Scientific Corporation (BSX) fell sharply on Monday due to the following news: Boston Scientific suspends ICD sales; shares slump. Support is located at $6.31 but then it becomes a short for a trade.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - Shares of Cell Therapeutics, Inc. broke up through $1.00 on Monday after breaking down on Friday. I'm going to let this stock play out over the next few days before I make a decision. Cell Therapeutics now has resistance located at $1.11.

SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. (SIRI) - Shares of SIRIUS XM Radio were flat again on Monday. The momentum has clearly left the stock for now but investors must be happy due to the stock trading in the $0.90's vs $0.60's. Sirius XM Radio has resistance located at $1.00 and support at $0.82. Whichever price is broken first is where the stock is headed.

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - Shares of Dryships Inc pullback on Monday with the stock market. Waiting for a close back above $6.20 and then I will get in.

Wedbush reiterates an 'Outperform' rating on XenoPort, Inc. (Nasdaq: XNPT), price target $18.

Wedbush analyst says, "We expect XNPT’s stock to trade towards $15/share on news the company has requested and anticipates receiving an FDA Advisory panel later this year. Advisory Panel meetings are notoriously un-predictable in their outcome, however, in this case we believe the totality of the data for gabapentin supports its safety, and, that with a positive vote the FDA will have sufficient “cover” with which to approve the drug...We recognize that the Street has at this point completely written off HORIZANT and therefore presently, our fair value of $18 is based on sum of the parts valuation metrics which conservatively excludes HORIZANT, and includes the dilution associated with an additional financing to drive the company to profitability. We would anticipate positive data from the Phase IIb refractory GERD study by YE:10 to be sufficient to drive XNPT’s valuation to our fair value estimate. Success with FDA around HORIZANT combined with positive Phase IIb ‘986 data could see the Stock reach our previous $37 fair value estimate."

"Risks to the potential achievement of our fair value estimate include data for XP-13512 in the PHN setting, advancement of ‘279 into Parkinson’s patients and positive U.S. regulatory progress for XP-13512 in the RLS setting."

Pacific Capital Bancorp (PCBC) - Shares of Pacific Capital Bancorp continue to climb higher on no recent news. Keep ana eye on the 200 day moving average located at $1.83, a close over this level would be very bullish.

Ariad Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ARIA) - Shares of Ariad Pharmaceuticals Inc. broke the summer 2009 high of $3.48 yesterday. The stock is now testing the next resistance level located at $4.00. Keep an eye on ARIA, the volume is very nice with this stock.

Zanett Inc. (ZANE) - Shares of Zanett Inc. seem to have calmed down now, the volume is weak but still worth watching. Zanett has resistance located at $3.09 & $3.57. A close below $2.50 would be bearish.

Sequenom Inc. (SQNM) - Shares of Sequenom Inc. ended up falling below $6 on Wednesday and dropped like a rock. This turned out to be a great short but I'd be covering very soon. On the upside, $6.58 is the new resistance level to watch.
