目前应该是靠近Grand Kampar Hotel, Sutera Apartment 那边是最广的。住在Grand Kampar Hotel的，有时候可以用到Hotel's Wifi 的服务。相信现在应该还有吧。

ok.你去admission department 拿 campus transfer form。 你去kampar or pj campus oso can get the form

换COURSE?? u better call admission department. not relly can change. Depends ur result. Tuition fee is pay at Public bank. If no, u can buy the bank draft at other bank and then pay at Utar finance department.

How to Apply for PTPTN

How to Apply?
2 applications per academic year for PTPTN Loans during main intakes - January and May
There will be 2 submissions date of application forms for each intake
Submission of application forms must be done in UTAR to the PTPTN officers on the dates allocated by the Department of Student Affairs (DSA)
Application for PTPTN loan during other intakes or submission to PTPTN officer (by post or by hand) will not be accepted / entertained
Students are strongly discouraged from submitting their application forms directly to PTPTN office as these forms would be returned to the DSA
Application forms at RM5.00 per form can be purchased during the briefing session arranged by DSA

Documents
Students who intend to apply for the loan are required to bring along certified true copies of the following:

• Student's IC
• UTAR offer of admission letter to student (Provisional offer letter are NOT accepted)
• SPM result (certificate)
• STPM / Diploma / Matriculation or equivalent (result transcript)
• Certificate or a letter / testimonial of graduation from previous college / university (excluding STPM / UEC students)
• Individual Public Bank passbook slip (1st page with the stated student's name, IC number and bank account number - joint accounts are NOT accepted)
• Parent/s guardian's latest "B/BE Form" / pay slip / retirement card (applicable to government staff only)
• SSPN slip / card
• Parents' IC

Documents can ONLY be certified by:

Procedure For Opening Of SSPN Account

• Certificate of adoption if the adopted child is under their care

For a family whose household income does not exceed RM2,000 per month, the latest income statement of the family must be submitted along with the application form and a copy of the spouse's identity card/military card/police card.

请问要如何处理呢？
还是直接email去问，他会回复的吗？
还有另外要问可以先不用给钱吗？可以先读然后才给钱吗？
