去年与今年的国际游客流量数目不是很可观的说,主要是航班交替的工作没做好吧。
希望明年大马旅游年可以增加更多的国际航班吧。
据说旅游局已和多个来自不同国家的航空公司洽谈着有关在古晋国际机场降落的事宜,如没意外的话,明年应该会有新的国际航班陆续登陆古晋国际机场。 |

不过~~还是期待啦~~
希望能够吸引一些人咯~现在的卖点都是要大也~ |

听说里面会有来自国际品牌的冷藏市场。
规模的大小我觉得已经不是现代商场的卖点了。举个例子吧,首都吉隆坡最大型的购物广场---时代广场"Times Square",座落位置是吉隆坡商业中心的旧区,相隔金河广场一条街罢了,但业务却频频落后金河,甚至可以说是比不上吧,那问题究竟出在哪里呢?时代广场拥有的是最大型购物中心、东南亚最大的室内游乐场、东南亚最大的3D Imax电影院,可是就是旺不起来。若有关心近期的经济版,可知有许多品牌商行已不再和时代广场续约了。另外再说金河吧,曾经获得大马最多人流量的头衔,而也是吉隆坡早期的广场。今天你走进去看,人流依然是那么多,生意当然就不用说了。所以废话了那么多 ,就是要证明规模大小已不是吸引游客的最佳途径,而是零售上的策划/管理等才是重要关键 。 |

我觉得ONE UTAMA 都比 TIMES SQUARE 来得吸引人...
原因是TIMES SQUARE 得商品没什么看头吧..
每次去都没有买到东西... |

所以进一步证明大型并非是游客喜欢的优势,而是零售上的吸引。 |

Cold Storage signs up as anchor tenant of Green Heights Mall
KUCHING: Cold Storage, a reputable international supermarket chain owned by Dairy Farm, has recently signed on as anchor tenant of the Green Heights Mall with PSB Properties Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Permodalan Sarawak Berhad.
As a specialised compact twostorey family and household concept suburban mall, the Green Heights Mall is the first of its kind here to bring city dwellers Cold Storage Supermarket.
Permodalan Sarawak Berhad general manager Allister Hilton Smith said Cold Storage had taken over approximately 20,000 square feet to offer a wide range of gourmet and deli items for the middle and upper income groups.
“Green Heights Mall is a compact mall which offers convenience to the community living in the area. We aim at obtaining a tenant mix that is family-oriented and could provide customers with daily conveniences.
“Having signed a reputable supermarket and pharmacy chain as anchor tenant on the ground floor, we are looking for likeminded retailers to join us,” he told a media luncheon at the Tun Jugah Tower here yesterday.
Smith disclosed that the new neighbourhood compact mall would most probably be completed November this year and expected to be in operational early 2008.
Pointing out that it offered clean, secured and quiet environment, he said potential tenants stood higher chance of getting new customers given its locality, which would provide a transition and a buffer between the busy Kuching by-pass and residential areas.
“The mall will also have salon, bookstore, cafe, restaurant and children learning centre as it is more family-oriented. More importantly, shoppers would not face parking hassle as the mall has its basement carpark while sufficient bays also surround the mall,” he said.
While hoping that intending tenants would contact the organisation as soon as possible, Smith said PSB Properties Sdn Bhd needed time to have a proper planning for a win-win situation.
He added that the mall would not only serve the community in Green Heights, but also the needs of people in nearby neighbourhood namely Star Hill, Richmond Hill, BDC and Hui Sing.
“This compact shopping mall will provide them with everyday conveniences without having to venture too far away from home,” he said. Among those present were PSB Properties Sdn Bhd business development manager Sereni Linggi, finance and administration assistant manager Monita Ngo and Smith’s secretary Nancy Lee.

在网络上搜寻了相关名称,确实是找不到它的中文名字,如果以翻译的话,可称“冷藏市场”。 |

发现这个Green Heights Mall已在建第二层了!
好快哦!
可是雨季就快来临了,
不知会不会影响工程进度? |
