各位大哥们好，请问种植地(Agricultural Land)的印花税是和房屋的印花税一样吗？种植地(Agricultural Land)的印花税是根据土地局估价后才知道多少？如果估价事200千，那么印花税是多少？

   你是买家 为何要找direct owner呢？反正comm也不是你付的 很多时候owner是委托agent去卖哦 尤其是卖地 卖厂 一般都是有钱人 他们都不会花时间去谈买卖 全都给熟悉的agent去打理 虽然说owner可以省下2%comm但是agent帮owner打理让他们省下的时间何止区区的2%comm呢？你要找direct owner其实太容易不过了 去shop around 看中了哪个地 做个land search 几十块钱而已 owner名字和电话全都有啦 但是我可以写包单owner不会鸟你 这些钱还是让agent赚吧
