i dunno how to explain in terms of grammar..but i can give u example..

he is interesting .. describing he's an interesting / maybe funny guy
he is boring .. in malay - dia seorang yang membosankan..

"Boring" is an adjective, not verb.

e.g 1. That lecture was boring
       2. He's a boring person.

两个都行。 Live 和 stay 的区别，想必你该清楚？

不对。
Boring是形容词
就是说 “我是一个很闷的人"

I'm bored = 我很闷 / 我很无聊。  

好像 = she is interesting = 她这人很有趣，不是她正在有趣。

两个都可以用。

Live是说你住在某个地方，而且住了蛮久的。
Stay是你停留，暂住在某个地方。

对了，

短期的，暂时的都用STAY，
比如说
I will stay overnight here.
U stay here and wait for me a while.  
I would stay with him today and stay at your place tomorrow.
这些都不能用LIVE

那些有-ing的形容词都勉强可以说有 ‘使人。。。、令人。。。’的意思。

boring - 令人，使人 有boredom 的，
interesting -令人，使人有interest 的，
charming, enchanting, striking，exhilarating 。。。。。。

-ed的形容词通常是感受，或者
bored - 感觉到boredom
interested - 感觉到interest 的.

反而要分辨用HAS BEEN   VS  IS
还有
HAD BEEN  VS WAS
比较困难吧？

both of the dresses are red in color...

应该是这样吧... both 是 2 所以就用 dresses... plural.

How about "everyone"?It is consider as singular or plural?

Let's us learn from the basic, can someone give some examples and explain in more detail what about the terms that use to structure a sentence.
