（吉隆坡28日讯）成功置地（BjLand，4219，主板贸服股）宣布原则上与数家越南公司达致协议，以承接连接该国同奈省（Dong Nai）以及胡志明市的桥梁建造计划。


成功置地发表文告表示，该公司原则上与越南Tin Nghia有限公司、越南发展投资建筑机构以及越南基建六合有限公司达致协议，以承接连接同奈省中仁泽市（Nhon Trach）以及胡志明市的桥梁建造计划。

上述计划为仁泽新市镇建造计划的一部分，后者也包括了成功置地与Tin Nghia之间于2006年11月9日通过签署谅解备忘录所达致的交通基建网络建筑计划。

成功置地于去年12月27日与同奈省政府达致协议，以发展该省一块面积达600公顷的地皮。
