WILLOWGLEN SECURES RM10.4M WORTH OF CONTRACTS WILLOWGLEN MSC reported Oct 5, 2009 that the Company had secured the following contracts:

1. Contract valued at RM6.4m to supply and commission a gas pipeline SCADA system; and
2. A 5-year maintenance contract for the gas pipeline SCADA system valued for RM3.9m.

PROPOSED TRANSFER OF THE LISTING OF AND QUOTATION FOR THE ENTIRE ENLARGED
ISSUED AND PAID-UP SHARE CAPITAL OF WILLOWGLEN FROM THE ACE MARKET TO THE MAIN
MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("PROPOSED TRANSFER")
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Willowglen MSC Berhad (Board), OSK
Investment Bank Berhad (OSK) is pleased to announce that the Company is
proposing to transfer the listing of and quotation for the entire enlarged
issued and paid-up share capital of Willowglen from the ACE Market to the Main
Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Proposed Transfer).
