贺达产托第三季净利挫95%

(吉隆坡25日讯)贺达产托(HEKTAR,5121,主板产业信托股)在截至今年9月杪的第三季净利大跌95.1%,至49万5000令吉或每单位0.12仙。

贺达产托在今天向交易所报备,去年同期的净利为1001万5000令吉或每单位2.44仙。

该季营业额从去年的3086万令吉,按年微跌1.3%,至3045万8000令吉。

据该季财报,净产业收入为1709万6174令吉,比去年同期的1804万1102令吉按年减少5.2%。

贺达产托总执行长拿督西山奥曼在文告中解释,由于营运开销增加,加上资产增值举措(AEI)计划,让旗下的新世纪广场(Landmark Central)部分面积暂时空置,导致产业收入减少。

累计首九个月,净利按年萎缩33.8%,报2061万3000令吉或每股5.11仙;营业额录得9210万2000令吉,年跌1.4%。【e南洋】

She was formerly with the United Engineers Malaysia Berhad (UEM) Group of Companies for 9 years where she was initially involved in project management at Faber Hotels Holdings which culminated in the conversion of a series of Faber owned properties under the Merlin brand name to Sheraton. She then became Head of Corporate Affairs and Business Development in Prolink Development Sdn Bhd, the UEM Groups subsidiary responsible for the development of Nusajaya. Her notable experience at Prolink included the implementation of corporate land sales to the value of over RM1 billion and the successful restructuring of Prolinks debt obligations under Danaharta. She then moved on to head the Business Development unit at OptixLab Sdn Bhd and was mainly responsible for strategic marketing and sourcing and implementation of ICT related investments.Puan Zarina holds two Honours degrees in separate disciplines. She graduated from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London. She has also completed the Women Directors programme sponsored by the Malaysian Government under the National Institute of Empowerment for Women.

贺达产托末季派息3.3仙

2018年2月13日
(吉隆坡12日讯)贺达产托(HEKTAR,5121,主板产业信托股)截至去年12月杪末季,净利按年微升0.6%,另宣布派息每股3.3仙。

该产托今天向交易所报备,净利从2016财年同期的1200万8000令吉或每单位2.93仙,提高至去年的1208万3000令吉或每单位2.62仙。

营业额也从前年同期3116万7000令吉,按年扩大7.3%,至去年的3344万1000令吉。

贺达产托在财报中指,虽然改产托在该季将Segamat Central纳入旗下产托组合,但来自Subang Parade贡献减少,导致该季净利呈按年下跌。

累计全年,净利则按年萎缩24.3%至3269万9000令吉,或每单位7.82仙;营业额报1亿2554万3000令吉,年增0.8%。

贺达产托总执行长拿督西山奥曼在文告中提到,随着在去年9月完成收购昔加末第一(1Segamat)购物广场后,料能巩固旗下的产业组合表现。

另一方面,贺达产托也宣布派出每股3.3仙终期股息,除权日为2月26日,派息日在3月15仙。累计全年共派出9.6仙,低于去年的10.5仙。【e南洋】

贺达产托冀2026年将资产价值翻倍

(吉隆坡19日讯)贺达产托(Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust)计划在8年期间收购至少4项资产,到2026年将投资组合资产价值翻倍至24亿令吉。

继去年收购昔加末中环后,其净可出租面积(NLA)达200万平方尺,截至去年底的资产价值为12亿令吉。

贺达产托执行董事兼总执行长Datuk Hisham Othman表示,该公司希望收购价值介于3亿至4亿令吉的资产,但须经过广泛的评估。

他今日在股东常年大会后的新闻发布会上表示:“我们也考虑资产周边地区的前景,并倾向于可增进收益、可迅速作出贡献并提供可观回酬的资产。”

“我们也考量商场的潜力,看看我们如何能够加强发展,创造更大的价值。”

他补充说,该产托对机会采取开放态度,甚至物色沙巴和砂拉越的资产,以纳入投资组合,但目前还没有计划。

与此同时,Hisham表示,贺达产托将通过梳邦百利(Subang Parade)3000万令吉及Kulim Central(2200万令吉)的持续资产增值计划,专注于内部增长。

尽管有关于商场供应过剩的言论,他表示,该产托仍非常关注零售领域,并迎合消费者不断变化的偏好。

“我们的策略依然是零售。零售具弹性,我们可与租户配合迎合时代潮流,吸引更多人流。”

“例如,相比时装店,商场内的餐饮租户比例普遍提高。”

他解释说,服装店的比重较低,可能是由于消费者习惯改变,因网上购物和电子商务继续受欢迎。

与此同时,消费者现在前往购物中心作为社交场所,因而令饮食店增加。

贺达产托2017财年的净产业收入下滑0.8%,至7374万令吉,2016财年为7434万令吉;营业额由1亿2457万令吉,增0.7%至1亿2554万令吉。

该产托宣布每单位分配9.6仙,收益率为7.4%。
