其实现在ACCA现在的system改了...
明年开始mature student不可直接读acca了...
还有acca 和cat会分成不同的routine...they r not on the same path anymore
but for cat student they will still get exemption for acca
他们现在推出FIA whic is act like the foundation level for CAT n ACCA

对F7的问题有一个疑问:
year ended 30 september 2007

Equity shares of 50 cents each fully paid 60,000
Suspense account 24,000

The suspense account contains the corresponding credit entry for the proceeds of a rights issue of shares made on 1 july 2007. The terms of the issue were one share for every four held at 80 cents per share. Llama's share price price immediately before the issue was $11. the issue was fully subscribed.

这是past yr question, 最后怎么找到 share capital 75,000   share premium 9,000 呢?
算来算去都不对 ><

那些申请 exemption 的，也得给 exemption fees，也不显得很便宜

    如果需要,那么degree那些不就给更多

CAT上ACCA不用還part 1的exemption fee...我就是這樣上acca的，
其他degree都必須還。。。

better 拿CAT先，打好基础是‘最重要’，den再去拿ACCA。
其实可以边做工边读，不过看你可以cover 到没有？

     我是担心考试费贵而已.....看到broucher好象考试费用更"啦累"过tuition fee....

    哈哈....假如我是选ACCA的话,肯定会起CAT先的 可是现在就是考略着应该foundation(第二学期)>degree in acc,or CAT>ACCA
    可是小弟有不怎么喜欢学术的东西....所以应该会去CAT吧

     你现在也是半工读?

还有一点,请问如果本身是有ACCA的,可是以后想进修MBA需要本科的吗?还是可以以成年人报读?

我還在讀acca,本身在JB讀...
考試費每年都在起，看了都心驚...
但如果順順利利讀完應該還好...

还有明年acca不懂还会不会收cat student, 因为明年的六月是last paper based exam for the current cat student,
所以你必须要comfirm一下

看来你好像自己已经有了答案，因为你一直强调说不喜欢academic style, 但又怕半途而废在foundation而浪费金钱，对吗？
读acca的同时，你可以拿OBU degree，但要完成part2先！到时你就会有degree和专业文凭！

---> meaning 120,000 ($60,000/$0.50) issued shares before right issue.
right issue = one share for every four held at 80 cents per share
---> new shares issued = 120,000 x 1/4 = 30,000
additional share capital after right issue = 30,000 x 50 cents = $15,000
share premium = 30,000 x share premium (80cents - 50 cents) = $9,000

是什么意思呢?是不是CAT将会取消了?
那么明年一月不会有人读CAT了?

因为fia的cbe和paperbased exam明年的dec才会有
但是他们明年一月又开始收新生，其实都有一点乱....
