We wish you to inform you that we are conducting a CustomerSatisfaction Survey for ISO Surveillance Audit that tentatively willtake place in May 2008. Therefore, we would like to get yourcooperation to fill up the survey form before you could view yourTrimester 2 2007/2008 Final Examination Result. Your cooperation isvery much appreciated.

Please take note of the following information too:

a) PASS & FAIL results will be released on 19 January 2008

b) The ACTUAL Result will be released latest by 25 January 2008

b) Those sitting for Supplementary Examination kindly refer to theBulletin Board by for the subject/s concerned on 25 January 2008.

c) The Supplementary Exam schedule will be released Online by 25January 2008 after 5.00pm. The exam will start on Monday, 28 January2008.

d) Those whose are TERMINATED kindly send your appeal letter forreinstatement latest by 4 February 2008. You are advised to attend allclasses while waiting for the appeal result.

f) The due date to appeal for re-grading is on 4 February 2008.
