Construction Engineer

•        Ensure that construction of company's core products are done according to existing company standards and valid design code(s) & material standards Prepare pressure part calculations on company's core products and verification of same.
•        Participate in decoding of clients pressure part related specifications for Floating Production Systems boilers and Industrial boilers. Write deviation list against company's standards to Sales Department.
•        Ensure Boiler, Hot water Heater and Waste heat recovery units are constructed in compliance with client specifications and relevant design codes and material standards.
•        Align & Ensure that Boiler, Hot water Heater and Waste heat recover units are constructed in compliance with Factory’s production standards.
•        Make pressure part strength calculations and submit to notified body, clarify comments and outstanding’s on same
•        Other analysis on pressure parts
•        Develop and maintain design manuals for boiler and pressure part of core products
•        Support for pricing of technical issues in bid phase
•        Develop and maintain a visible overview of Factory Production standards.
•        Participate in Value Engineering processes
•        Document and file own part according to ISO workflow specifications

Requirements
•        Mechanical Engineering Degree, with major in Structural
•        Min 5 years experience as Mechanical Engineer
•        Experience with review of clients technical specifications.
•        Experience with strength calculation of pressure vessels according to ASME
•        Experience with DNV off shore and NORSOK rules is an advantage
•        Experience with Autocad / Inventor
