Brahmal是ChrisCapital的董事经理。
ChrisCapital是USA的基金，主要是投资在印度，和印度的Moser Baer有密切的关系。

我一直相信Brahmal有看过这些机器，要不然他不会与5/3/2007买进5%的股权。

今天megan的市值只剩2700万,要收购51%只需要1400万就可以了。
如果moser baer要收购megan，这个时候就是最佳的时刻了。
11/6/2007那天的成交量这么大，有18.5%的票转手，可能有一部分的票是被“有心人”收去了。
下个星期就可以知道了。

Bank of East Asia Limited versus Megan Media Holdings Berhad

(Shah Alam High Court Suit No. MT3-22-807-2007)

The Board of Megan Media Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has been served with a writ of summons on 13th June 2007 pertaining to a claim by Bank of East Asia Limited (“BEA”) amounting to S$2,924,399.98 and US$79,500.00 in respect of banking facilities granted by BEA to the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, MJC (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“MJC”), in 2006. The suit against the Company is being undertaken pursuant to a Guarantee Agreement dated 5th December 2006 between the Company and BEA. The Company has obtained legal advice on this action and has engaged solicitors to defend the suit. The appointed solicitors have been instructed to enter an Appearance on behalf of the Company with the High Court of Malaya at Shah Alam within the prescribed date.

The said action is not expected to have any financial or operational impact on the Group.  

This statement is dated 15th June 2007.

不是说超过5%的股权才需要禀报Bursa的吗？

限期到底是多少天？没错应该是7天对不对？

如果从第一天开始计算，11/June的话，7天将是19/June。

期待这一天的来临。

如果Megan这次咸鱼翻生，我也只能输得心服口服了。。

01-06-2007, Megan宣布MJC申请PricewaterhouseCoopers为Judicial Managers (显然MJC的债权人已经同意) 。

Judicial managers是什么用途呢？Judicial managers的委任是当债权人认为：
1. 欠债公司不可能清还债务；
2. 公司被整顿，以让她继续经营，这会对债权人更好 (还不需要把公司清盘) 。

简单来讲就是债权人还认为MJC有得救，还不想她破产。
Judicial managers将接管公司的财产和生意长达180天 (可延长) 。这段期间：
1. MJC不能被债权人申请破产；
2. No receiver and manager shall be appointed;
3. No other proceedings shall be commenced or continued against MJC.

而且Judicial managers须在60天内与债权人开会，讨论如何清还债务。

PS: 既然MJC的债权人愿意谈，不想MJC破产, 这对我们来说是好消息。

意思是说 : Megan 的股价, 一波又一波的暴跌, 己跌到很低,很低了。

RM14.000.00. 就可以收购一间挂牌公司的控制权。(风险也随着下跌了)。

问题是........

1. Megan 真的会被收购, 然后重组吗 ? (如果肯定是, 哗! 机会)。

2. Megan 没有被收购, Megan 会 bankurp ?  Megan 会执笠吗 ?
