昨天下午跑去看看进展怎样了....
结果发现 club house还是老样子！
如果我是syabas的人，我也不批准你啦！
整个月了....没进展到！看到都sian |

SYABAS 是负责水供的，他们才不管CLUBHOUSE有没有建好。。至少SYABAS现在已经APPORVE了block D 的水供，Block D 的CF 应该是没问题了。。。
CLUBHOUSE最快都要１到年尾了，现在看到是赶着建Block A和 B。。Block A和 B的interest是由developer还的，他们应该不敢再拖了。。 |

SYABAS 是负责水供的，他们才不管CLUBHOUSE有没有建好。。至少SYABAS现在已经APPORVE了block D 的水 ...

Dear All,
i just called sales gallery and i think is simon answered my call. According from him, they still waiting Syabas prepare document and may be will get it this week. He also can't confirm with me. so better don't feel happy so fast. i suspect that still pending on Syabas there.

Dear All,
Any good news? i hope that my suspect was wrong and this week will have good news. But anyway, We must plan something for our new house and force them to issue CF and door keys to us as soon as possible. 1 person didn't show any power but if a group of owners going together force to give a confirm date. We don't want to wait anymore. ^^ |

I don't think we will received letter yet and just their way to hold us temporary. if this Friday still haven't received any reply from them, i think we need to take action and gather together is better to give them stress. How your guys think ? Any good suggestion? |

send个 email 给 simon／Andy 和 YB Lau。。。问 SImon／Andy既然拿到了 Syabas approval，现在还等什么？？？
一直send一直send，他们不回就问YB Lau。。。一直send email，然后不用问到太客气。。。要表现得很不耐烦 |
