Requirements - Preferably Diploma / Degree holders. Experience HR Practitioner without such qualification are welcome to apply
- Candidates who prefer to command his / her own income level
- Experience in sales admin, marketing or customer-oriented role is an advantage.
- Possess the ability to handle multiple priorities and have sense of urgency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and organisational skills is essential
- Discipline, result driven and possess good negotiating skill
- Mature and confident personality with good sense of responsibility and integrity
- Committed to work at least 6 office hours while having flexibility in work environment and time management
- Computer literate - emails, MS Office & internet search
- Remuneration is commission based with sales / admin support from the company
Responsibilities - Develop new clients account through telephone calls and emails
- To work with clients and build relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their HR Services needs and requirements.
- Follow up on billings and payments
- Work and interact closely with team members to enhance customer relationship management and successful closing.
