（吉隆坡22日讯）堡发资源（POHUAT，7088，主要板消费）旗下子公司PHW Properties公司，将与Kini Superstore公司合作，联手斥836万令吉购买2块位于柔佛的农地。

堡发资源向马证所报备，PHW Properties公司和Kini Superstore公司，联合进入各2项不同的销售和购买协议，购买2片面积1.04公顷的农地。

文告指出，并已各在3月、4月和6月共耗资738万令吉，购买3片面积2.24公顷的农地。因此，上述2家公司计划已联合资1574万令吉购买总达5片农地。

起诉青岛灯塔酿造 堡发资源追讨845.86万

（吉隆坡27日讯）堡发资源（POHUAT，7088，主板消费产品股）就脱售堡发家具（青岛）公司一案，起诉并向青岛灯塔酿造有限公司追讨总达1602万人民币（845.86万令吉）。

这包括未偿还尾数、利息及律师费用。

根据文告，堡发资源在2011年12月宣布以3100万人民币（1636.8万令吉），脱售堡发家具（青岛）公司予青岛灯塔酿造，后者在开始时支付200万人民币（105.6万令吉）订金，另2900万人民币（1531.2）则将分三批支付，最后截止日期是今年6月30日。

但截至今日，青岛灯塔酿造仅支付1700万人民币（897.6万令吉），意味着未偿还款项达1400万人民币（739.2万令吉）。

有鉴于此，堡发资源决定起诉青岛灯塔酿造，并追讨上述未偿还款项、拖延支付的违约利息，以及50万人民币（26.4万令吉）的律师费，总达1602万人民币。

该公司预计，该诉讼听审将在2至3个月内进行，并承诺会即时公布任何新发展。

拨备675万未入账 第3季净利跌76%

由于提出675万令吉拨备，堡发资源（POHUAT，7088，主板消费产品股）截至7月31日止的第三季净利下跌76.09%至127万令吉，去年同期为531万2000令吉。

堡发资源指出，该公司为脱售堡发家具（青岛）公司的未收款项提出675万令吉的拨备，导致盈利下跌。

由于家具出口显著降低，尤其是本地的家用部分，该公司第三季营业额下跌11.05%至9090万6000令吉。

越南的家具出口则小幅走高，符合该公司合理化生产重点和产品的努力，即大马厂房专注在办公领域，越南则专注在家用部分。

（吉隆坡1日讯）越南业务的产品售价及赚幅增长带动，堡发资源（POHUAT，7088，主板消费产品股）截至去年10月31日财年末季，净赚1058万3000令吉，按年涨21.9%。

該公司業務表現，與國內外經濟興衰息息相關。不過，過去記錄也顯示，全球經濟不景氣對其業務影響不顯著，有時候更在不景氣後變得更為穩健。

（吉隆坡21日讯）堡发资源（POHUAT，7088，主板消费产品股）公布现财年首季净利按年扬升32%至631万令吉，相较前一年的478万令吉。
首季营业额报9550万令吉，按年微增0.56%，相较前一年的9498万令吉。

该公司首季的每股盈利由前一年的4.43仙，增至5.89仙。

美国对家具需求扬升，带动堡发资源的越南货运业务，推高公司获利，不过，该公司的大马家具船运业务获利增长却放缓。

该公司在财报文件中指出，国际经济状况改善，主要数据指标，如就业率、房屋发展以及人们消费意愿亦呈正面表现，公司对今年的出口表现看好。

配合业绩公布，堡发资源今日早盘宣布停牌1小时，复牌后股价下滑，一度跌14仙或10%至1.34令吉，为10大下跌股之一。

该股股价跌幅随后收窄，闭市收报1.37令吉，跌14仙，全日交投205万5300股。

（麻坡3日讯）家具制造商堡发资源（POHUAT，7088，主板消费产品股）将投资3630万令吉，进一步改善大马与越南厂房的产能。

董事经理郑锦发指出，麻坡5间厂房的机器已使用了15至18年，因此决定拨出2000万令吉，提升大部分机器。

其余的1630万令吉，将作为越南2间制造厂的营运资本，以继续为公司贡献盈利。

他认为，现在是开始更换机器的良机，因为麻坡厂房的旧机器效率已经大不如前。

从长期来看，本地厂房有了新机器及自动化后，可以减少对外劳的依赖。

目前，公司拥有800名外劳，公司冀望在未来2、3年内，把外劳数量减半。

至于越南业务，郑锦发说，公司将善用资金扩充厂房，以生产更多产品，供应美国市场。

越南2间厂房约90%家居与睡房家具，出口至美国市场。

The anti-China protest started on 13 May 2014 at around noon time. The protestors had partially damaged the front gates and ground floor of the office buildings in both locations. However, all our machinery are not affected. We have temporary stopped our factory operations until further notice. The damage to the assets of Poh Huat Vietnam is minimum.  We are now assessing the operational and financial impact arising therefrom. 堡發資源 越南廠房恢復運作

（吉隆坡20日訊）越南反華情勢緩和，堡發資源（POHUAT，7088，主要板消費）位于越南的廠房已恢復運作，並根據情況調整出貨時間，同時這起事件帶來的損失相當小。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備，越南聯營公司堡發家具工業公司（Poh Huat Furniture Industries Vietnam）位于南部平陽省與同奈省2間工廠，今日已恢復生產。

“越南有關當局今日已到訪工廠，對公司廠房運作表示關心，同時將積極確保我們的安全，與生產線不再受干擾。堡發家具工業公司已通知該省警察我們在當地設廠一事，目前情況已受控制算是安全。”

越南上週二（13日）暴發反華暴動，堡發資源被迫暫時關閉2間廠房，文告說，受到這起事件影響，這2間廠房已停產5天，目前已針對此事調整出貨時間表。

“這起事件造成的資產影響相當小，大樓底層僅置放一些設備與玻璃窗，至于工廠與主要器材並未受損，損失並不顯著。”【中国报财经】

Further to our announcement dated 14 May 2014, we wish to inform that the operations at the 2 manufacturing facilities belonging to Poh Huat Furniture Industries Vietnam Joint-Stock Company (“Poh Huat Vietnam”), located in both Binh Duong and Dong Nai Provinces have resumed operation today and all activities are running normally. The relevant Vietnamese authorities have come to visit our factory today. They have shown concerns of the situation and ensure our safety and uninterrupted operations. Poh Huat Vietnam has informed the Provincial Police to take notice of our presence. Situation is under control and safe currently. The riot has resulted in a loss of 5 operating days for both factories. Arrangements are being made to accommodate changes in delivery schedules as a result of the interruption of operations. Asset losses arising from the incident were limited to the some office equipment and glass doors in the ground floor of the office buildings. Factory buildings and the machinery were not affected. The damages were minimum and insignificant. This announcement is dated 20 May 2014.
