昨日正式营业 古晋第三间星巴克

（本报古晋27日讯）国际性咖啡品牌星巴克（Starbucks）咖啡连锁店古晋第三间分行今日正式开张营业！这间崭新的星巴克咖啡连锁店坐落于桑路商业中心一带。
有别于位于古晋国际机场及新欣购物广场的2间分行，此间星巴克咖啡连锁店是采用双层式的建筑设计，让星巴克咖啡的爱好者能够拥有更宽阔的空间享用咖啡。
与此同时，为配合星巴克咖啡连锁店新开张，该分行经理凯鲁卡玛鲁丁也在今早的新闻发布会上表示，该分行将会在接下来举办多项优惠活动，以回馈顾客的支持。
消费30令吉送赠品
他续称，凡是在该分行消费超过30令吉的顾客，将可免费获赠一本精致的星巴克记事本一本。此外，该分行所推出的买一送一固本也在即日起于各地发送。
“凡持有买一送一固本的人士，可以前往桑路新分行购买以首杯为原价的咖啡，然后再向柜台换取第二杯免费的咖啡，惟第二杯咖啡的价格不能超过首杯咖啡的价格。”
星巴克咖啡连锁店是全球性的国际品牌，备受各个年龄阶层人士的爱戴，特别是所售卖各式各样的咖啡。出名的咖啡包括Ice Blended Coffee及Ice Macchiato等。

Starbucks opens third Kuching outlet

KUCHING: Starbucks Coffee opened its third outlet here at Precinct 88, off Jalan Song yesterday – its first in a residential area.
Marketing and Communications director Sydney Quays said the new addition expects to meet the growing demand for speciality coffee among the increasingly coffee-loving Kuching population.
“We’ve had an excellent response from the Kuching community since we opened our first store at the Kuching International Airport, followed by our second store at tHe Spring early last year,” he said.
“The opening of this store at Precinct 88 reaffirms our commitment to Kuching, which we believe is an exciting market and one that presents great opportunities for us,” said Quays.
He added that store’s opening has created 14 new jobs, including specially trained baristas and managers.
“We believe in contributing to the community that we operate in and as we grow, we would also like to see our partners (employees) develop good entrepreneurial skills that can benefit them in their career paths,” he said.
Occupying a spacious 1,920 square feet with a seating capacity of 80, Starbucks Precinct 88 is a double-storey cafe that offers a comfortable environment for meetings, gatherings or just a place to unwind.
Customers can expect the same outstanding service and high quality coffee at the new Starbucks store.
Starbucks espresso-based beverage range includes the classic cappuccino, espresso and latte.
Starbucks also offers a range of cold drinks including the famous Frappuccino (ice-blended coffee, cream or tea-based beverages), as well as a delicious range of food including sandwiches, pastries and cakes.
To commemorate its opening, Starbucks is giving away an exclusive Starbucks notebook with every purchase of RM30 while stocks last.
The store is also distributing the ‘Treat A Friend’ leaflet to residents in the surrounding area as well as in the store. This offer is a buy-1-free-1 offer valid until April 30.
With the leaflet, customers will receive a complimentary second beverage of equal or lesser value. It is only valid at the Precinct 88 outlet.
Starbucks is also offering its newly launched Starbucks Breakfast Set at RM6.50, which includes a Tall Coffee-of-the-Week and a choice of any food item priced at RM5.90 and below. The wholesome breakfast set is available until 11am daily.
The Precinct 88 store is located at Lot G1 and F1, Ground and First Floor, Commercial Shop house, Lot U62G, Block 11, Jalan Song.
It is open from 8am to 12am daily.
