Business Overview

China Yuanbang Property Holdings Limited is a property developer in the PRC since 1998. We focus on developing quality residential and commercial properties in Guangzhou, the PRC, catering to affluent local professionals, executives, managers and businessmen.

We believe we have established a premium brand identity with the upper-middle income customer segment in the PRC, which we believe is a fast growing market. As testimony to our quality and innovative developments, we have won several awards and accolades.

Leveraging on our years of experience in the Guangzhou property development industry, we are able to identify strategic locations for our property development projects. Our property developments and land bank are strategically located mainly in Guangzhou. We have also entered into an agreement to jointly develop a parcel of land into a mixed development in Nanchang,the PRC.

Invitation in respect of 150,000,000 Invitation Shares comprising 120,000,000 New Shares and 30,000,000 Vendor Shares, as follows:

(b) 145,000,000 Placement Shares at S$0.40 for each Placement Share by way of placement,
payable in full on application (subject to the Over-allotment Option (as defined herein)).
