Contents : We refer to LCL’s monthly status announcement made on 1 March 2010 and recent announcements dated 3 March 2010 and 4 March 2010 respectively pursuant to PN17.

The Board of Directors of LCL wishes to inform Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) that the Company has on 8 March 2010 entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) with Axis Global Capital Sdn Bhd (Company No. 884451-U) (“AGC”) for both parties to enter into discussions and negotiations for the restructuring of LCL via a corporate exercise to be determined later.

Information on AGC:

AGC and its group of companies (“Axis Identity Group”) are involved in:
- Interior design and fit-out services
- Corporate and brand identity consultancy services
- Interior design consultancy services
- Interior project solutions and construction management services
- Property development

It is one of the largest interior design practices in Malaysia servicing various industries from corporate, retail, commercial and government organisations.

The Axis Identity Group is currently actively pursuing projects in the South East Asia region, Middle East namely Qatar and Kuwait as well as property development in Papua New Guinea. Their profile can be viewed at www.axisidentity.com.

LCL will provide updates to Bursa Securities on the developments of the proposed restructuring of LCL with AGC in due course.

簽備忘錄擬重組
（吉隆坡8日訊）LCL機構（LCL，7177，主要板貿易）覓得新投資者，並已簽署備忘錄協議（MOA），冀儘快重組財務狀況。
該公司向馬證交所報備，已與本地Axis全球資本私人有限公司（簡稱AGC）簽署備忘錄協議，將在稍后宣佈重組計劃。

AGC和旗下公司專門為企業進行室內設計和品牌重塑，以及發展房地產等，近期積極在東南亞和西亞地區競標合約項目。

文告中指出，LCL機構將在限期內，向馬證交所報備計劃進展。

稍早前，LCL機構亦曾覓獲白武士，即來自美國的知名建築商KHS&S，惟洽談無新進展，財務重組計劃無疾而終。

（吉隆坡14日讯）LCL机构（LCL，7177，主板贸服股）向马交所报备，截至2010年12月14日，公司因为无法提出重组计划而无法符合PN17的规定。

KUALA LUMPUR: Beleaguered furniture maker KENMARK INDUSTRIAL CO. (M) BHD [] will be delisted from Bursa Malaysia Securities with effect from 9am on Friday, Dec 31.
The company said on Tuesday, Dec 28 it had received a letter from Bursa Securities advising it of the regulator’s decision to remove the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Kenmark from the Official List of Bursa Securities.
To recap, Kenmark first made headlines when its Taiwanese managing director James Hwang Ding Kuo mysteriously disappeared in late May, which caused its share price to tumble over 90% in a few days.
Most of the Taiwanese major shareholders’ shares were then pledged to financial institutions, and the majority of them were force-sold in the panic.
