我的character全部不见了

我从去年7月开始就没玩diablo3了。。现在新的expansion要出了我就登陆回我account，哪知道从新开始玩过。。。之前3个lvl60的角色都不见了。。。
谁有这样的问题啊？？

伺服器没换吧？
可能你之前玩美服，现在进去是亚服，你忘了换伺服器

而且我也在之前就买了digital version，但现在叫我upgrade去digitalversion  0.0

谁有办法联络到blizzard么？？
我现在account是starter edition不能post，又不能打电话。。。。。

没关系了已经向blizzard取回了。。原来有间黑客公司hacked了得
结果中ban。。。虽然东西被拿到完，但竟然帮我练到paragonlvl100

我的户口也是给人hack 。。。。但是我character没有不见。。。反而我多了很多Legendary东西。。。呵呵～如果没猜错的话我这hacker，hack我的户口做犯法买卖！！！！

忘记补充。。。。。。Hacker Hack 我户口，是活跃在亚服。。。。所以亚服很多Legendary。。单单Echoing Fury Legendary Mace有3吧～
而美服有。。。不多。。
