Change in Financial Year End
Old financial year end | 31 Mar 2025 | New financial year end | 30 Jun 2025 |
| Remarks : | | The Board of Directors of Omesti Berhad has approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 31 March to 30 June. The next set of audited financial statements shall be made up from 1 April 2024 to 30 June 2025, covering a period of 15 months and subsequently the financial year shall end on 30 June. The Change of FYE is to enhance resources planning and to improve the management of audit and annual reporting in the future. |
