无良 + 现实的屋主

律师们,有问题要请教您。希望你能慷慨解囊。
事情是这样的,我爸爸20年车在星期日被我发现在租的公寓外面不见了。

当天有和屋主说应该不会住下去了。
当晚我就回家人的家。没车很不方便。
星期二 16日 我就打电话和她说不会住了。星期三会搬。她答应把两个月定期退还给我。只是水电的押底扣一点上个月的。
每一个月18日我会交还 RM270 + 水电和所谓的 house fund (不知是什么 house fund,没问过) RM50。
星期三17日 我把东西搬完了。把琐匙给了她。她才说给回我一个月。我当场不知所措,没想到她会出尔反尔。
她是房产估价师,contract 也模拟 legal 的,可是写的都是废话说不能在房子钉东西,etc。contract 没有 stamp duty。只是写 upon moving in, deposit 2 months is paid.
minimum stay is 6 months.
either party terminate contract prior 1 month notice.
可是没有写明 non refundable deposit if stay less than 6 months.
我去年十一月 18日 搬进去的。现在是我的车被偷了,她可以那么不讲理,不守信用。她现在赖我,2 days short notice. she hard to find someone in. still threaten me saying can even no refrund to me at all.
可是 phone call prmosied me to refund me 2 months.
Still pretend saying she has to cover my rent to pay the owner, but i found out she bought the condo herself.
previously, before i moved in she said she is alone staying, bf will come over seldom.
who knows since day 1 the bf stays everyday at there.
now, i would like to consult your advice what can i do to get back the 1 month deposit.
she even register new id and post room for rent in cari on the tuesday before i moved out.

算好了,contract都注明最少要6个月。也就是无论如何他要收你六个月租金都是合理的 |

那个都没有 stamp duty 的,还有 saksi IC 都不敢填,因为它是它的老男人男朋友。
自己说给会两个月。我才搬的。一开始说一个人住都骗人的。还不是每一晚有老男人在家。有级次还没穿裤子,跑出客厅呢!尿到满地都是。 |
