大家好，小弟目前正在自修chromatography因為下個學期需要修這門課目，但是一點概念都沒有，所以要請教大家。
1.In a chromatography experiment,compound A has a peak height of 25mm and a width at half maximal height of 5mm,compound B has a peak height of 20 mm and a half maximal width of 7mm.If the concentration of compound A is 10mg/ml,what is the concentration of compound B?

2.In the gel filtration experiment the total volume of a 2cm diameter column is 80ml,blue dextran elutes at 20ml,compound Q at 150ml,X at 220ml and R at 100ml.What is the distribution coefficient(Kav) for compound Q?Next,list the compounds in order of increasing size.
這一題我只知道公式，distribution coefficient= (elution volume-void volume)/(total volume-void volume)
