The Board of Directors of Kim Hin ("Board") wishes to announce that the Board had on 4 July 2025, received a notice of unconditional voluntary take-over offer ("Notice") from UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd), on behalf of the Joint Offerors, to acquire all the remaining ordinary shares in Kim Hin not already held by the Joint Offerors ("Offer Share(s)") for a cash consideration of RM0.85 per Offer Share ("Offer"). A copy of the Notice is enclosed in this announcement and the Notice will be posted to the holders of the Offer Shares within 7 days from the date of this announcement. This announcement is dated 4 July 2025.
