The Company wishes to announce that the terms of the conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into between Halex Link Sdn Bhd and Plato Chemical (M) Sdn Bhd on 21 October 2019 for the Proposed Disposal have been fully satisfied and that the Proposed Disposal has been completed on 13 July 2020.

- Simultaneously, the Vendor has signed a Master Lease Agreement (“Lease”) on 19 February 2025 to continue operations at the facility and will become effective upon completion of the SPA. The lease period is for 15 years with option to renew for an additional term. The above are collectively referred to as the (“Proposed Acquisition and Lease”).
None of the parties involved in the transaction are related to or associated with any of the Directors, major shareholders, or their connected persons. The transaction has been reviewed and is being executed solely in the best interests of the company, free from any conflict of interest or personal gain considerations.
Further details on the Proposed Acquisition and Lease are set out in the attachment enclosed.
