vb.net in kiosk mode

请问如何用vb.net来写一个kiosk system 呢？ touch screen那种。
或者谁有教程或例子呢？

纲要：
1. Initialize application
    e.g application size = screen resolution, borderless, themes etc
2. Initialize machine device
   e.g Check printer status, warming cheque deposit machine, thumb print scanner etc ...
3. Initialize  kiosk agent
    disable task manager, disable hot keys, auto activate screen saver, communicate with kiosk manager server etc...
4. Kiosk 有 errors 时，可以 kiosk 自己解决就即时解决，不能解决就 show  “OUT OF SERVICE”
5. 必须有 audit module handle 那些 events。
6. 每个 module 必须要有 authenticatication for security purpose.
7. 其余的要看你的 kiosk 要做什么了，当然最重要的是你 design 的 screen button 要够大，方便按。Steps 要简单，9 岁小孩都会的那种。


其余的乃 confidential proprietary，不方便透露。
