We have found your domain abc.com MySQL process of database"database_abc" was abusing our server CPU resources. Your hostingaccount is hosted in shared environment, hence corrective measure hasbeen taken to suspend your domain to prevent overloading our server andcause service interruption to other share hosting users.

Attached are the screenshots of the server CPU usage which caused byhigh CPU consumption on MySQL query process from your database. Base onthe monitoring, only MySQL process from your domain was running duringthat period. After suspending your domain, the CPU process recoveredinstantly to normal condition.

As stated in our AUP policy at https://exabytes.com.my/about/legal/aup/#H-resource,we will provide options for reducing the usage or try our best todisable the certain process/service without affecting the operation ofwhole hosting account, however if the situation is severe, we maysuspend the account or process immediately to bring performance of theserver back to an acceptable level.

Your Shared hosting plan is limited to 100MHz usage and the server CPUis 3.2 GHz. As the percentage shown in screenshot, apparently yourhosting was consumed much more than that. The situation has affectedother share hosting accounts and even the whole server processes, thuswe have to suspend your account as immediate corrective measure to thecritical situation.

For your information, we have unsuspended the hosting account afterchanging the MySQL process time out to 30 seconds at server globalsettings. For time being, we will keep monitoring the server. If wefound that your domain overload the server again, we have to suspendyour account until further notice.

As for mutual benefits and permanent solution to this issue, pleasefurther check on your MySQL query coding to rectify and prevent theoverload issue happen again.

尽量不要在FOR LOOP里执行QUERY 资料太大的TABLE，或复杂的SQL STATEMENT
