PHP CACHE

Hello Everyone ,

Good evening to all the expert in PHP in this forum, currently i am learning PHP caching, anybody has idea what a caching is?

I found a PHP caching tutorial which is:http://www.zend.com/zend/trick/tricks-dec-2001.php

The tutorial is teaching people how to write to a file, but it does not mention how to retrieve a PHP cache value, anybody know how to specifically retreat the PHP unserialized value?? Or know how to display the value out???   Or did I mistaken the meaning of caching??

i think the website you provide had state that cache means the system will store some of the script that previously had run, when second time user run, it will bring from cache rather than recompiler again. in this way, the application can be faster. to implement cache, they suggest to use zend accelator
