泰式pandan鸡

请问有没有人有正宗传统的pandan鸡做法呢?
或者是独门秘方 呵呵
我觉得外面吃的都不错
想自己试下弄
今天弄了 可是味道差很远
有谁有做过这样菜吗?
可以分享一下心得吗?

THAI PANDAN CHICKEN
对不起,迟了放照片上来。
我有做过!
要marinate chicken for about 45minutes。。。
Ingredients:
uses chicken tigh/wing/drumstick| {A}
serai,chopped |
curry powder |
salt |
sugar |
oyster sauce | {B}
black & white pepper |
lemon leave |
garlic,smashed |
red chili,chopped |
red onion,chopped |
sesame oil |
shao xin jiu |
pandan leaves |
corn flour |
wrapped the chicken with pandan leave
Methods:
Deep fry the chicken wrapped 2gether with pandan leave.
Fry for about 8 minutes or +-.It depends on your chicken size.
DO try this....
