通常,在发出聘请信时,都会有这一段:
意思是本公司随时有保留、增加、更正或删减以上条例的权力。
The Company reserves the right to amend, adds, deleteor revise any terms and conditions as stated above from time to time at itsdiscretion.
所以,我公司在更改任何条件时,都不会给员工签名。
当然,强制要,那么,以下的这段看你适合吗,不适合你才自己改吧。
I,___________________________(NRIC NO.__________________________) hereby acknowledge and confirm that I understand and accept theappointment
offered to me subject to the above mentioned terms and conditionsof employment.
Date : _________________________ Signature : __________________________ IMPORTANTNOTE If our Office do not received any confirmation letter within 14 daysfrom the date of this letter, we will assume that you denied/accept this offer.
