（吉隆坡14日讯）海德（HtPadu，5028，主板科技股）说，已获联邦政府释出的3679万令吉工程合约。

海德说，上述合约下，公司将为交通局提供电脑维修服务。

國投減持科技聯合

（吉隆坡27日訊）國民投資機構（PNB，簡稱國投）脫售科技聯合（HTPADU，5028，主要板科技）1300萬股后，不再是該公司主要股東。

據馬證交所的資料，國投是在15日脫售該批股票。

科技聯合的其余大股東為Padujade Corporation私人有限公司，持股30.15%，及國民信托基金（ASNB），持有13.84%。

（吉隆坡16日訊）科技聯合（HTPADU，5028， 主要板科技）獲國民儲蓄銀行（BSN）頒發總值6360萬4564令吉合約，為該行進行核心銀行系統操作。

該公司向馬證交所報備，將在合約下供應、設計、安裝、綜合、測試系統，並提供安裝后的培訓及技術支援。

文告指出，是項合約從2月15日開始進行，為期24個月，2014年2月14日到期，但國民儲蓄銀行有權延長合約期限。

該公司指出，是項合約總值6360萬4564令吉，但不會影響截至2012年底財年業績表現，亦不會影響公司派息、負債等。[ChinaPress]

科技聯合獲2千萬合約

（吉隆坡23日訊）科技聯合（HTPADU，5028，主板科技組）宣佈，獲得阿聯酋公司頒發一項總值2千439萬9千924迪拉姆（約2千萬令吉）的工程合約。

該公司文告指出，該公司接受阿聯酋車輛門（EVG）頒予的工程合約，以向後者的SAEED提供交通系統服務，有關合約為期12個月，或是SAEED有意延長期限。（星洲互動）

科技聯合獲1520萬合約

（吉隆坡3日訊）科技聯合（HTPADU，5028，主板科技組）自國民登記局攫獲總值1千520萬令吉的區域網絡維修服務延伸合約。

科技聯合前景如何？
至於資訊及通訊科技方案提供者——科技聯合，2011年全年淨利下跌57.52%至377萬7千令吉，歸咎於系統整合業務的軟硬體銷售滑跌。

不過，管理層仍對未來前景感到樂觀，相信中東維修業務可帶來持續性收益。而且，今年初也獲頒兩項總值8千800萬令吉的海內外合約，包括為國民儲蓄銀行（BSN）提供電腦系統服務及在阿聯酋提供交通系統服務。

該公司的大股東包括Padujade公司及國民投資（PNB），各持有30.39%及23.7%股權。

科技聯合沒有穩定的派息政策，時有時無，像上財政年沒有宣派息，不過前一個財政年卻派發5.03仙股息。

（吉隆坡7日讯）海德（HtPadu，5028，主板科技股）获国民登记局（JPN）颁发总值1520万令吉的授权书（Letter Of Award），继续为该局提供广域网络（WAN）维修保养服务。

海德在文告中表示，公司获得延长一年合约，合约将从2012年7月1日至2013年6月30日。合约是否续约或延长，将由政府决定。

另外，上述合约将不会对公司截至2012年12月31日财年的净资产有任何影响，但预测将会未来为海德带来进账。[Nanyang]

科技聯合 獲稅收局3449萬合約

（吉隆坡21日訊）內陸稅收局（LHDN）向科技聯合（HTPADU，5028， 主要板科技）頒發總值3449萬令吉合約，更換及維修該局數據中心內的電腦軟件。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，本月18日接獲內陸稅收局為期3年的合約頒發書，總值3448萬8888令吉，最后合約期限將由稅收局決定。

科技聯合向馬證交所報備指出，該公司今日接獲國民登記局為期2年的合約，價值1億1778萬5616令吉。

科技聯合于今年7月1日起至2014年6月底期間為國民登記局提供資訊通訊科技系統維修服務。

海德获3400万合约

（吉隆坡27日讯）海德（HtPadu，5028，主板科技股）与国民投资机构（PNB）签署外包协议，以总额3400万令吉于2013至2014年提供资讯科技服务。

海德今天向马交所报备，指上述合约为期2年，服务从2013年1月1日开始至2014年12月31日。

此外，双方可以选择再商讨以延长合约期限一年。

海德表示，虽然2012财年无法从上述合约获益，但未来财年预期可获盈利贡献并提高每股盈利。根据最新业绩，海德第三季写下137万净亏损，首9个月净亏损报43万6000令吉。

国民投资机构曾是海德大股东，2011年12月份售股后脱离大股东行列。[Nanyang]

1. Introduction HeiTech Padu Berhad (“HeiTech” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has on 27 December 2012 accepted a Letter of Award for the provision of services of ‘Master Outsourcing Agreement for IT Services between PNB and HeiTech Padu Berhad for the year 2013-2014’. 2. The Contract Value The Contract Value of the project is RM34,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Four Million Only). 3. Duration of the Project The Contract is for a period of two (2) years commencing from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2014 with an option for an extension of one (1) year upon the agreement of both parties. 4.  The effect on net assets of the Group The Proposed Transaction will not have any material effect on HeiTech Group's Net Asset for the financial year ending 31 December 2012, and is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of HeiTech Group. 5.  The risks in relation to the contract. The risks are the normal risks encountered by other Companies undertaking a similar endeavor and the Group has taken the necessary steps to protect itself and to mitigate the risks when and as it occurs. 6.  Directors' and Substantial Shareholders' Interest At the last Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held on the 21st June, 2012, the Company had obtained shareholders mandate to enter into recurrent related party transactions with the aforementioned mandated party. 7.  Statement of the Directors The Board of Directors of the Company is of the opinion that the above Contract is in the ordinary course of business and is in the best interest of the Company. 8.  Financial effects The Letter of Award will have a positive effect on the earnings per share. Nevertheless, the Contract will have no material effect to the dividend policy, gearing, share capital and the substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the Company for the financial year ending 31st December 2012.
