要Improve Skin 的话，个人觉得Salmon Oil 比较有效。
另外，也可以给Cheese也行。（你可以try每天给一片，一个星期你可以看出明显地不同）

吃cheese是让毛长的比较美。scar的话，除了搽药之外，就是抹一点Apple Vinegar Mix Water 在伤口上。
