我将近30。。。
想在今年拿一个MBA来读，但是问了几间学院，好像都在考虑当中！！！
因为我不是Degree Holder，他们说不可以读。。。要读了Degree才可以继续MBA...

但是我有将近8-10年的工作经验喔。。。是相关的工作经验哦！
工作经验，还是无法比抵一张纸吗？？？
想请有经验的你们，给我一些指点。。。

MBA其实都不需要Degree的。Diploma加上两年工作经验就可以了。

可能吧，因为Degree需要的时间比Master还要长。就拿Segi的MBA做个例子(http://www.segi.edu.my/programmes/ps/uos_mba.php)，你看看它的Entry requirement。

SEGI学院的需要多少钱？
大多数的MBA到要有Bachelor Degree吧。。。。

学校生涯所学的80%将来工作都不会用上
反过来说，你的经验只能用在20%的课程里
很多大学的教授鼓励学生活用，但考试时没写到key words还是直接错
工作及读书完全是两码事，可要考虑清楚了

学术资格当然必须要一步一步来，哪能因为有了特定的工作经验就可以免念学士学位呢？若是那样子的话，律师也不需要辛辛苦苦念学士学位，直接出来做了几年法律助理的工作后再申请念法律硕士不就得了。阁下念MBA是为了什么呢？若阁下对念书有兴趣，为何不先念一个BBA，等考取了BBA后再念MBA？

和我一样，年近三十 （1982），我下个月二号开课！ 好兴奋，心情也很紧张，毕竟好几年没背书包了我帮我的朋友询问，他也是没有Degree的，有两间学院会收你。


Olympia College (I am study here) - Degree with 3 years working experience OR Diploma with 8 years working experience (min 2 year managerial position).
Total cost:
Registration & Admin' : RM800
Resources & Acceptance : RM300
Tuition Fees & Exam: RM6050 x 4 (4 semesters)


我选这间，因为在我时常去的教堂对面，而且便宜，18个月就毕业了（part time study, every Sat)
I withdraw my EPF for the tuition fees (Account II)。刚刚才从学院回来，假如你要细节，随时可以PM要求email.


另外一间，是SEGi Uni' College:-
资料如下：-

Entry requirement is Bachelor degree holder with 2 years full time working experience.

However, non-degree holders with minimum 5 years working experience may apply as well. Kindly refer to the attached Handbook, pg. 2 for Admission Requirements.

** You will be offered Postgraduate Certificate in Business first and you will be doing 4 core papers, which are part of the MBA structure also, pass with a GPA grade of 4.0
/7.0 .
Then the USQ will offer you the MBA programme and you just have to complete the balance 8 papers (total 12 papers to complete the MBA).

Classes = Saturday (2pm - 6pm) & Sunday (9am - 1pm, 2pm - 6pm) - subject to School's arrangement.

Fee structure is as below. Please take note that our fees can be paid by monthly installment with 0% interest.For MBA by USQ Australia will have assessment fee of AUD 5,700 because all papers will be sent and assessed by USQ.
If you wish to withdraw from your EPF account No. II (only for Bachelor Degree holder), we will arrange all documents from the School's side for you to submit for withdrawal.  
Grand total: RM39,000 (for 2 years part time MBA)

对，必须要有必定的资格才能够申请MBA，因为不是每间大学都接受（学院会尽量帮你，大学不一定收你）。
但，KL找不到Part time BBA， 我的朋友找了好半年 （他今年36岁，拥有12年工作经验，之前帮他的爸爸打工，所以不算。Olympia对他的申请还没有回复，或许这学期我会一个人孤独的渡过。


SEGi的也不是那么容易进，虽然说Diploma with 5 yrs working exp，但是初初考的四张纸只不过是Postgraduate Certificate in Business，（almost same as first year Degree, but complete in within 6 months)

Yes, Diploma & Degree你可以这样说，但MBA所学的读的，是管理层的知识。每一张Coursework & Assignment都不是那么容易写的，要base on your experience, strategy, planning, idea & etc. 还有，MBA不只是要你熟悉Marketing or business or admin or finance，MBA是要你懂完全部。没有一定的管理经验，是根本不明白整个公司是如何运作，从人事部，财政部，市场部，销售部等等。。。我们的经验，是100%用在MBA的paper上。

RM39,000 (Grand total), for 2 yrs。假如你是Diploma，必须要有5年工作经验，然后在他们那里多拿一个Postgraduate Certificate in Business就可以了。但入学前，会考你的英语是否能够及格。
