HELP!!!!

now my computer say i am not a admin....and now i can't copy and paste anything....it show a virus alert ...it say my computer got w32.hllw.gaobot tis virus..but the files is automatically deleted......now when i go system properties  then go to computer name..it say 'the following error occurred while attempting to read domain membership information ..the RPC server is unavaible......when i restart my computer it also will show  small window..it will restart my computer at 1 minutes...pls help me to solve tis problem...sorry...my computer just reformat no have chinesestar...and it is very urgent...so i no type in chinese...sorry about that

可以說一下你是中了那一版的w32.hllw.gaobot ？

w32.hllw.gaobot 有分很多的....
有w32.hllw.gaobot 、W32.HLLW.Gaobot.P、W32.HLLW.Gaobot.AA、W32.HLLW.Gaobot.AE、W32.HLLW.Gaobot.AF、W32.HLLW.Gaobot.AG、W32.HLLW.Gaobot.AN、W32.HLLW.Gaobot.AO......等等

不過我猜樓主應該是中了 W32.HLLW.Gaobot.AA。

你去這兒下載這些updates看。兩個都要安裝。

still can't .....it say 'setup has detected that the service pack version of the system installed is newer than the update u are applying to it
u can only install tis update on a computer with no service pack installed'
i am using sp2...and i got install msn messanger 6.2.

原來是XP SP2的。早該說嘛~~

既然這樣你到 Run > Services.msc
在哪兒將 Remote Procedure Call（RPC）查看有沒有run？
沒有就run它並改成Automatic就是了。

不過既然你是剛reformat的。那麽你在reformat一次吧。
這樣也比較容易快解決。反正你的資料一定是有備份了吧。況且應該是沒有大更新吧....

it is automatic but RPC locator is manual........and now i am not the admin ...manything i can't do..now i can't sign in msn messenger and icq....i also can't remove program...........

now i can copy and paste already.....now i download a FXsasser....i just wanna check my computer...it show 'you do not have administrator rights to run the tool.pls contact your network adminstrator for more information'

那麽你可以進那個被隱藏的adminstrator的戶口嗎？
進去哪兒新增一個有admin的戶口吧。

你的問題老實說很嚴重.....
最好還是format過再來安裝好了......
