幫忙看這是loan的stamp duty嗎？

小弟第一次買房子，剛簽了loan agreement，lawyer給了我一張紙說是要付錢的。當時比較匆忙沒有問清楚，現在看這張紙好像不是stamp duty來的，因為上面寫著disbursement。
明細是這樣的：

看樣子這不像是loan的stamp duty，更像給lawyer firm賺的disbursement而已。
買528k lease hold的double storey要給這樣的fee合理嗎？
如果這個不是loan的stamp duty，那麼真正的需要給多少錢？怎麼算的？

第一项，Stamp duty on Facilities Agreement的2280 就是LA的Stamp Duty了。Disbursement一定要给，一般没有折扣。通常有扣的都只是Professional Fee/Legal Fee。

b) 2% on the next RM400, 000
