本公司是个外汇投资公司，有意并请以下一些职位，请申请

你好，本公司是个投资管理公司，即将为一间forex broker提供服务，急需一些熟悉forex的人才，
1) Customer Service Officer (3 vacancies)
Work scope:
- performance broker live chat facility
- resolve customer inquiries
- represent broker in famous forex forum
Requirement:
- Strong forex knowledge
- fluent in English (writing or speak), preferable mandarin as well
- willing to work in shift
Benefit:
- salary from RM1,500 to RM2,500
- may work from home
- allowance, reward and rebate scheme entitled
- also become an IB for the broker with full potential of high income (our position allows you to approach interested customer easily)
2) Customer service supervisor (1 vacancy)
Work scope:
- performance broker live chat facility
- customer interaction and call back service
- manage forex forum
- manage live chat team
- company newsletter
- advertising
Requirement:
- Strong forex knowledge
- fluent in English (writing or speak), preferable mandarin as well
- Good communication skill
- experience in customer service
Benefit:
- salary from RM2,500 to RM4,000
- allowance, reward and rebate scheme entitled
- also become an IB for the broker with full potential of high income(our position allows you to approach interested customer easily)
3) Forex Instructor
Work scope:
- provide training to broker IB and customer
- develop training material
- organize training schedule
- manage forex forum
Requirement:
- Strong forex knowledge
- fluent in English (writing or speak), preferable mandarin as well
- experience in lecture giving
Benefit:
- salary from RM2,500 to RM4,500
- allowance, reward and rebate scheme entitled
- also become an IB for the broker with full potential of high income(our position allows you to approach interested customer easily)

这些工作不需要你去找顾客，只需在电脑面前工作，代表本公司回答顾客的问题，所谓的live chat服务。
你不方便可选择在家工作，公司会成立在subang或pj一代。当然，如果你想赚更多钱也可以同时去招客户，有commission |

全新平台，你那里人，远的话可以进行phone interview，但你必须submit resume |
