KFC的Warrant

请问各位，我看到KFC在20 September 2010会有warrants叫KFC-WB。
是谁都可以买得对吗？

The Stock Short Name, Stock Number and ISIN Code of the Warrants are "KFC-WB",
"3492WB" and "MYL3492WBP99" respectively.
