Work based at Plaza Pantai, Kerinchi (beside Menara TM) -office can be reach by taking Kelana Jaya LRT line

Wages range: RM1500 - RM2000

Spoken & Written: English, Malay

Qualification: Min SPM, Diploma in any field (preferable in IT or service industries)

Preferable those who have experience in assigning call / coordinator field of work


Responsiblilities:

* Assign task to Field Engineer
* Communicate with FE for on going task
* Update Daily report
* Follow up cases and ensure to meet SLA
